ALLERGIES

Allergies? Here's an important study concerning Benadryl. In March 2015, researchers published a study in JAMA called “Cumulative Use of Strong Anticholinergics and Incident Dementia.” The study followed 3,434 men and women aged 65 and up with no dementia. Over 7 years, 797 participants developed dementia. Studying what those 797 individuals took, anticholinergic drugs became the main suspect. These drugs include Benadryl. Compared to those who didn’t take anticholinergic drugs, people who did for as little as three years were 54% more likely to develop dementia. For allergies, you can instead use doTerra's TriEase. It's a natural way to combat allergies. Lemon, Lavender, and Peppermint Essential Oils.
